Roles & Responsibilities for Team Leader (1441 Pizzeria Malad)
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.
Lead, supervise and motivate team members during the shift.
Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members.
Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
Monitor order accuracy, speed of service and overall guest satisfaction.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational and food safety standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels and minimize food wastage.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
Monitor cash handling and billing procedures as per company guidelines.
Conduct team briefings and provide on-the-job training to team members.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain discipline, grooming and attendance standards within the team.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and records.




Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, cost and operational targets.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QSR, restaurant or food & beverage operations.
Previous experience in a Team Leader / Shift Leader / Captain role will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
Customer-focused with a positive and skilled attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends and on public holidays.
Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and restaurant operations.
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced QSR setting.
