Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining.
Negotiate salaries and assist with offer management.




Conduct reference/background checks when required.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring-related documentation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a smooth onboarding handover to the HR/Operations team.
Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior recruitment experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
