Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Audit Manager to manage accounting operations, taxation, auditing, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of ITR filing, auditing, GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting, along with the ability to independently handle financial and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and related tax compliance.
Conduct and coordinate internal and statutory audits.
Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and verify tax calculations, returns, and supporting documents.
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



and government/statutory authorities when required.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree/CA equivalent in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Audit, and Taxation.
Strong hands-on experience in ITR filing and Income Tax matters.
Good knowledge of auditing, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
