Saptam Technologies is looking for a motivated and result driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, client handling, and business development activities within the IT industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, understanding project requirements, and contributing towards company growth through strategic sales and relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other platforms
Handle client communication professionally
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Build and maintain long term client relationships




Conduct follow ups and manage sales pipeline
Identify recent business prospects and partnerships
Maintain proper communication records and CRM updates
Work towards achieving monthly business targets
Collaborate with management for business growth strategies

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
Valuable presentation and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of websites, software, SEO, and digital services

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
