We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic BDA Intern (0–1 year) interested in sales, business development, marketing, and client relationship management. The role provides hands-on experience in lead generation, prospect research, client communication, CRM management, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research potential clients, businesses, and decision-makers
Build and maintain prospect databases
Identify current business prospects across various industries
Generate and qualify leads through different channels
Support outbound lead generation campaigns

Outreach & Client Engagement
Conduct LinkedIn outreach and networking activities
Assist with email outreach campaigns
Initiate conversations with potential prospects
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects when required

CRM & Sales Support
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales data
Track lead status and sales activities
Support the sales team with lead management and follow-ups
Prepare lead reports and pipeline updates
Ensure proper documentation of prospect interactions

Market Research
Conduct competitor and industry research




Identify market trends and business prospects
Gather insights on target industries and potential clients
Support business development planning activities

Business Operations Support
Assist with sales and business development initiatives
Support client communication activities
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
Contribute to business growth and process improvement initiatives

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in English
Strong internet research and organizational skills
Basic understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
Interest in sales, marketing, business development, and technology
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Basic knowledge of websites, mobile applications, or digital solutions is an added advantage
