We’re Hiring: Design Head – Static Equipment

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the design and engineering of static equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Reactors, and Columns.
Perform and review design calculations using PV Elite, NozzlePro, and Excel-based tools.
Develop and validate Excel tools for design calculations based on engineering principles and code requirements.
Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, API 660, PED and other applicable design codes.
Evaluate PWHT, PFHT, Impact Testing, and NDE requirements as per project specifications.
Review fabrication drawings, technical documents, and design deliverables.




Provide technical guidance to the design team and cross-functional departments.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of engineering deliverables.

Requirements
BE / B.Tech /M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in static equipment design.
Solid experience in design of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and columns.
Proficiency in PV Elite, NozzlePro, and engineering Excel tools.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
