B. Tech. / B.E. Experience of Project planning/ project management & coordination/execution Understanding of model development process

JOB ROLE

Role: Project Manager / Group Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Multiple product development execution - Decide direction for model development, guiding team for work execution - Understanding Customer requirement and providing supporting evidence to management for project approvals.- Reporting to Management over product development status- Team building

COMPETENCY REQUIRMENTS

TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL




Should be well versed with latest happenings & emerging technologies in automobile industry & should be able to gauge their impact on MSIL models.- Hands-on work experience from Engg/Testing/Planning (atleast one area)- Should have working technical knowledge of systems/ sub-systems of vehicle.- Basic knowledge of IBOM, ECN/Drawing, Part development process, Manufacturing plants.- Valuable understanding of MSIL model development process.

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE FOR FUNCTIONAL AREA
Should have positive interpersonal skills - Car driving license (Essential). Rohtak test track license (Desirable.)- Valuable command on MS PowerPoint/Excel
