Job Description – Junior Accountant

Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage accounting entries and maintain ledgers in Tally Prime.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Assist the senior accountant in GST, TDS, and other accounting-related work.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports as required.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounts.

Requirements
Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
