Job Title: Solar Technician

Job Responsibilities:
Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.
Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
Troubleshoot and repair faults in solar systems.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure all work is completed safely and as per company standards.
Check system performance and prepare service reports.
Coordinate with the project team and customers during installation.
Maintain tools and equipment properly.
Travel to project sites when required.

Qualification:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
0–2 years of experience in solar installation or maintenance.
Freshers with basic electrical knowledge can also apply.

Skills:
Basic electrical knowledge.
Solar panel and inverter installation.
Troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work at heights.
Positive communication and teamwork.
Willingness to travel.

Location: As per project requirement.

Pay: ₹8,483.69 - ₹30,049.71 per month
