Job Title: STP/WTP Operator

Monthly Salary: ₹25,500

Educational Qualification:
ITI or Diploma in relevant Engineering

Required Experience:
More than 5 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP).
Minimum 2 years of direct hands-on experience in the relevant domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operation and routine maintenance of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
Monitor water flow rates, chemical dosing systems, filtration processes, and effluent quality parameters to ensure optimal treatment standards.
Conduct preventive maintenance, routine checks, and timely repairs on pumps, valves, blowers, motors,



and associated water treatment equipment.
Maintain accurate operational logbooks recording chemical consumption, flow readings, water quality test results, and maintenance activities.
Handle sludge management, backwashing procedures, and filter cleaning according to established operating procedures.
Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations, safety guidelines, and hazardous chemical handling protocols.

Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
