Job Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain daily inventory of food, beverages, packaging materials, and other café supplies.
Receive incoming stock and verify quantity, quality, and expiry dates.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory according to food safety and hygiene standards.
Track expiry dates and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) to minimize wastage.
Identify and report damaged, expired, missing, or excess stock.




Monitor daily consumption and investigate unusual stock variances.
Coordinate with the kitchen, café staff, and management regarding stock requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Maintain proper documentation for purchases, stock movements, and wastage.
Support cost control by monitoring food and material consumption.
Ensure the inventory area is clean, organized, and secure.
Assist in stock audits and other inventory-related activities as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
