Creative Lead – Graphic Design

Role: Creative Lead – Graphic Design
Experience: 5–8 years

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the creative and graphic design team.
Develop creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns and digital content.
Create high-quality designs for social media, advertisements, websites and print materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
Review and approve designs before final delivery.
Collaborate with marketing, content and other teams to execute creative campaigns.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Stay updated with current design trends and creative tools.
Mentor junior designers and improve the overall creative quality.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and branding.
Positive leadership and team-management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
