Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview timings.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Help post job openings on job portals and social media.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily HR reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with attendance and leave records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Willingness to learn and grow in Human Resources.
Positive attitude and positive organizational skills.
Stipend: As per company policy
Location: In office
Duration: 3–6 Months Internship
