Role Description

As a Purchase Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day purchase and procurement activities, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase order processing and ensuring timely availability of materials and services for our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify purchase requirements from project, site, office and other departments
Obtain quotations and prepare quotation comparison statements
Sourcing and Coordinate with vendors regarding price, quality, specifications and delivery timelines
Prepare purchase orders and ensure required approvals before release
Follow up on pending purchase orders, deliveries and delayed materials
Coordinate with Stores and Site teams for material receipt and requirement confirmation
Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents before forwarding to Accounts
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations,



purchase orders and related documents
Update purchase trackers and MIS reports
Support vendor development, price negotiation and cost-control activities
Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Site and Management teams

Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduate
3–8 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement
Knowledge in Construction / Real Estate industry
Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Knowledge of Tally / ERP systems preferred
Solid vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Solid attention to detail and accuracy

Work Location: Neelambur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
