Job Title: HR Manager – Textiles

Role Summary:

Oversee HR operations for a retail textile store, including staff hiring, training, statutory compliance, performance tracking, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
Hiring: Recruit sales staff, cashiers, supervisors, and seasonal festive teams.
Training: Conduct onboarding for current employees.
Performance: Manage sales incentives, commission tracking, and evaluations.
Employee Relations: Address grievances, monitor attendance, and improve staff retention.
Compliance: Ensure local labor law adherence (PF, ESI, Shops Act) and assist payroll.
Safety: Maintain store safety and health standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
4–6 years HR experience (2+ years in textiles mandatory).
Fluent in Malayalam and English.
Skilled in labor compliance, dispute resolution, and HR software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
