Day-to-day IT support to employees (hardware, software, and network issues)
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and office IT equipment
Assist in maintaining LAN/Wi-Fi network connectivity across the office
Manage user accounts, email setup, and basic system access
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops/laptops
Support data backup and basic cybersecurity practices
Maintain records of IT assets and licenses
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, purchases, and AMC support
Assist senior IT staff with ongoing projects and system upgrades
Day-to-day operations., and such other duties as may be assigned from time to time in the interest of the company.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
IT: 1 year (Preferred)
