Bulk Sourcing & Screening: Leverage job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and walk-in drives to recruit for voice and non-voice processes.
Interview & Selection: Conduct initial HR assessments, schedule operational rounds, and evaluate candidates on communication and process suitability.
Onboarding & Governance: Manage candidate offer communications, collect mandatory pre-hiring documentation, and facilitate smooth onboarding
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
