Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler service and repair requirements.
Prepare accurate Job Cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition.
Explain required services, repairs, parts and estimated costs to customers.
Conduct vehicle inspection and identify additional service requirements.
Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of repair and maintenance work.
Monitor the progress of vehicles and provide regular updates to customers.
Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approval before additional work.
Ensure proper quality checking before vehicle delivery.
Explain completed work, replaced parts and service charges to customers.
Coordinate billing and ensure timely vehicle delivery.




Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback.
Maintain service records, customer details and pending jobs.
Promote periodic maintenance, accessories, tyres, batteries and other service-related products.
Achieve assigned service revenue, labour sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Ensure proper adherence to company service processes and safety standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
