Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms to drive website traffic, leads, conversions, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve business targets.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, and audiences.




Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversions.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Valuable understanding of campaign optimization, targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic marketing metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
E-commerce marketing experience.
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
Understanding of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
