Experience:

7–15 years of experience with banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions, Investment Banking

Job Summary:
This role owns the debt vertical with responsibility for structured financing, lender relationships, and profitability. The incumbent will build a scalable, risk-aligned real estate debt franchise.
This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the function, ideal for individuals who want to build a scalable, high-performance organization from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive repeat business and long-term client relationships
Full P&L; ownership for debt business
Build and scale execution-focused teams
Oversee credit assessment, risk governance, and execution
Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders
Lead origination and structuring of financing solutions

Existing Solid client relationship in Hyderabad
Rs. 100 Cr business book building capability

Robust lender and developer network
Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leadership
Comfort working in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High ownership mindset and execution orientation

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
