We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Backend Operations Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and schedule jobs and appointments
Communicate with customers, installers, suppliers, and internal teams
Follow up on project updates and maintain accurate records
Manage emails and operational documentation
Track stock, deliveries, and job progress
Update CRM systems and spreadsheets
Prepare reports and maintain operational data
Resolve operational and scheduling issues efficiently




Support day-to-day administrative and backend functions

REQUIRED SKILLS
Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
Positive organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Comfortable using emails and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
