We are looking for a motivated and energetic RMC Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, and promoting Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) products to contractors, builders, developers, and construction companies.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business prospects and achieve sales targets.
Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, and project consultants.
Promote and sell Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).




1–5 years of experience in field sales (experience in RMC, cement, construction materials, or building products is preferred).
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel locally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
