Medical Representative (MR)

RPM CORP AIDS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Medical Representative to join our growing Sales & Marketing team.

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)
Salary: ₹22,324 – ₹70,000 In-Hand + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
Develop current customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
Promote company products and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Regularly follow up with customers and close business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports.
Coordinate with the team for orders, deliveries, and payments.

Requirements
D.Pharm qualification is mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device,



healthcare, or hospital sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales, follow-up, and customer relationship skills.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.
Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred.
