Job Title: Senior Trainer — Sales & Operations

Compensation: INR 40,000 – INR 50,000 Net per month (based on experience & interview performance)

Shift Timings: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday | Sundays Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver and coordinate structured classroom and on-ground training modules for field sales personnel.
Train sales executives on order booking, retailer onboarding, scheme pitching, and relationship building.
Develop and update relevant learning materials, training manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Mentor sales representatives during field visits and systematically evaluate post-training performance metrics.
Drive continuous skill development, process adherence, and product knowledge retention across field teams.

Candidate Requirements
Experience:



Minimum 3 years mandatory experience as a Trainer; FMCG, Pharma, or Retail domain preferred.
Education & Eligibility: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Language Proficiency: Strong qualified communication in English and regional language.
Skills: Expertise in field sales methodologies, order collection workflows, retailer relationship management, and training delivery.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
