Desktop Support Engineer – L1
Location: Aizawl, Mizoram
Salary: 20k To 25k Per Month/-
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an L1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, printer, and basic network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Desktop/laptop hardware & software troubleshooting
Windows installation, configuration & support
Printer and peripheral support
Basic LAN, Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting
User support and ticket handling
IT asset management and documentation
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
Requirements:
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science or related field
Valuable knowledge of Windows, hardware and basic networking
Positive communication and troubleshooting skills
Onsite support experience preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
