Sales Executive – A3 Wellness Traders

A3 Wellness Traders is hiring a Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, sales calls, follow-ups, and order conversion for our healthcare and wellness product portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and sales leads.
Explain products and their usage as per company-provided information.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Convert leads into confirmed orders.
Maintain customer and sales records.
Coordinate with the team for order processing and delivery.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain complete customer privacy and confidentiality.
Follow company policies and applicable guidelines while communicating about healthcare products.

Requirements:




Positive communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English understanding preferred.
Sales/customer handling experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Comfortable handling customer conversations professionally and confidentially.
Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.

Working Hours:

6 hours per day

Morning Shift: [09:00AM] – [03:00PM]
Evening Shift: [03:00PM] – [09:00PM]

Salary:

₹8000 – ₹15000per month + Performance Incentives
