Responsibilities:
Attend to customers and understand their service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain repair/service requirements.
Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle delivery.
Provide regular updates to customers.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Automobile/Two-Wheeler knowledge is an added advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
