Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and responsible Store In-Charge to manage daily store operations, inventory, material receiving, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, solid record-keeping skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with production, purchase, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and returns.
Issue raw materials and other items as per approved requirements.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
Prepare and maintain GRN, stock registers, material issue slips, and other store documents.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
Monitor slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security within the store.
Minimize material wastage, loss, and inventory discrepancies.




Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.
Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations.
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Experience with ERP/software for inventory management is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle physical stock verification and maintain accurate documentation.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
