About the Role

WeCredit is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Personal Loan to lead and manage a team for the Personal Loan business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DSA sales and team management, with a strong understanding of personal loan products, lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and the DSA channel.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate a team of fresher & Expereince Business Development Executives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential DSAs.
Identify and onboard recent DSA partners to expand the sales network.
Generate quality leads through DSA networks and ensure effective lead conversion.
Monitor daily team performance, productivity, login, approval and disbursement numbers.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and sales planning.
Guide team members on lead sourcing, customer handling, documentation and loan processes.




Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-ups until disbursement.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action to improve team productivity.
Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of relevant experience in DSA sales, preferably in Personal Loans.
Prior experience in leading and managing a DSA sales team is mandatory.
Strong understanding of the Personal Loan DSA ecosystem.
Proven track record of achieving sales and disbursement targets.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage a sales team.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales workplace.

Key Requirement

Relevant DSA experience is mandatory for this position.
