As our Lead Setter & Client Experience Assistant, you will be the first point of personal connection for many people who engage with our coaching business.
Your role is not to coach, diagnose or give advice about someone's Twin Flame journey.
Your role is to:
Start conversations → Understand the person → Build trust → Identify fit → Follow up → Book qualified calls → Support show-ups → Maintain the relationship
You will communicate with people who may be experiencing uncertainty, emotional overwhelm or confusion around their Twin Flame journey.
Therefore, this role requires more than traditional sales skills.
We need someone who can combine warmth + empathy + communication + boundaries + sales discipline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
