Manage regular meetings and ensure all outlets to adhere to polar bear standards.
Take care of required stock levels, ensure reduction in wastage.
periodic visit to each outlet (Daily 2 outlets minimum).
address operational issues promptly to maintain seamless operation.
Responsible for upholding outlet performances and audit compliances.
Manage and mentor store manager and other employees in retaining and promoting.
Responsible for hiring quality employess and planning training plan.
conducting cross audits across outlets
support team to achieve the targets with strategies.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
