Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate new business through contractors, builders, industries, architects, consultants, and project companies.
Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders.
Develop and maintain solid client relationships.
Coordinate with production and project teams for smooth order execution.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in fabrication, structural steel, PEB, industrial fabrication, or related industries.
Robust knowledge of B2B/project sales and customer acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong network with contractors, builders, industries, and project consultants will be an advantage.
Target-oriented with solid business development capabilities.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
