We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineers to support the execution of our projects at site level. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge of HVAC systems, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities for HVAC works (VRV/VRF, chilled water, ducting, and ventilation systems).
Ensure installation works are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve planned progress.
Assist in site measurements, material take-offs, and verification of BOQs.
Monitor and report project progress, daily site activities, and manpower deployment.
Resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with the project/design team.




Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and site discipline.
Support testing, balancing, and commissioning activities under the guidance of

Project Manager.
Maintain site documentation including work logs, progress reports, and material

records.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
Practical knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, chilled water piping, ducting, and

ventilation works.
Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work at multiple project sites.

Pay: ₹10,959.53 - ₹50,000.00 per month
