About the Role

Swiza Safetech LLP is hiring a proactive Production Engineer to drive daily manufacturing operations. You will oversee production schedules, optimize workflow efficiency, and maintain high safety and quality standards in fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Supervision : Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

Cross-Functional Sync: Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Stores teams.

Process & Output Optimization : Maximize machine and manpower utilization, reduce wastage, and prepare performance reports.

Troubleshooting:



Resolve production bottlenecks and enforce 5S and safety standards on the floor.

What We Are Looking For

Education : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

Skills : Ability to read engineering drawings, basic knowledge of Lean/5S, and proficiency in MS Excel/ERP.

Attributes : Robust leadership, practical problem-solving, and valuable communication skills.
