Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our textile retail store. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring sales and customer service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth overall operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, guide and motivate staff.
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain proper stock, store presentation and operational standards.
Prepare and review daily and monthly sales and operational reports.




Implement company policies and procedures.
Support management in achieving business and operational goals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Highly experienced in retail management or a similar managerial role.
Experience in textile or fashion retail will be an advantage.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable communication and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Knowledge of sales, customer service and store operations.

Salary: ₹25000- ₹35000 per month, depending on experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
