BeastDrive is a fast-growing adventure and endurance events company dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for adventure enthusiasts across India. We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Telecaller Agents to connect with customers, promote our events, and convert inquiries into successful registrations.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain BeastDrive events, packages, offers, and the registration process.
Generate interest and convert leads into confirmed registrations.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve objections effectively.
Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/call logs.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.




Candidates must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹8,519.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
