Hiring Bartender – Hola, Fontainhas (Panjim)

Hola, a vibrant restaurant located in Fontainhas, Panjim, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair
Interact with guests, recommend drinks, and provide excellent service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Manage bar inventory and assist with stock control
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and follow safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Requirements:
Must be able to communicate in English
Minimum 2 years of prior bartending or hospitality experience
Well-groomed and presentable appearance




Good knowledge of basic cocktails and bar practices
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Immediate joining preferred

Job Details:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (with break between lunch & dinner service)
Weekly Off: 1 day per week (discussed during interview)
