La Bake Amore, one of Asia’s leading specialised baking education institutes, is looking for a Senior HR Executive to support our growing team and strengthen our people and HR processes.

Location: MG Road, Bengaluru — near Trinity Metro Station
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000/month
Full time | Monday Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding, documentation and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave
Support recruitment, interviews and hiring coordination
Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads
Assist with payroll inputs and HR documentation
Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR matters
Ensure adherence to company policies and workplace standards
Support performance reviews, training and employee engagement
Maintain confidentiality and professional HR practices

What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of HR / recruitment / administration experience
Strong communication,



organisation and follow-up skills
Good knowledge of HR processes, documentation and Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to handle employees professionally, firmly and fairly
Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field preferred
Experience in education, hospitality, F&B;, retail or other people-intensive businesses is an advantage
