We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, billing, inventory records, and financial documentation. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of Tally, GST, banking transactions and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and maintain sales and purchase invoices in Tally.
Record and verify all accounting transactions accurately.
Manage Accounts Receivable (Customer Outstanding) and Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments).
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain collection records.
Process vendor bills and coordinate payment schedules.
Maintain inventory records and stock movement entries in Tally.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, delivery challans, and tax invoices.
Record bank transactions, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation of sales, purchase, and accounting records.
Assist in GST data preparation, filing support, and statutory compliance documentation.
Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



and management for accounting requirements.
Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
Maintain customer and supplier account statements.
Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial documents.
Support management with MIS reports and business analysis.

Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Fresher or Experienced.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel
Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.

Preferred Skills
Experience in industrial, electrical, or project-based companies.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock accounting.
Familiarity with e-invoicing, e-way bills and GST compliance.
