Position: Senior Architect
Experience Required: 3–5 Years (compulsary)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Location: Dehradun
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to execution.
Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintained.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Guide and mentor junior architects and draftsmen.
Develop creative and practical design solutions.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with building bye-laws and regulations.

Required Skills




Solid knowledge of architectural planning and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Good understanding of construction techniques and materials.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
Valid COA registration preferred.
