Make inbound & outbound calls to leads and prospective clients.
Explain the clinic’s slimming, weight-management, and wellness services.
Understand customers’ requirements and answer basic queries.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Schedule appointments and encourage customers to visit the clinic.
Inform customers about packages, offers, and consultation details.
Maintain daily call records and update leads in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with the clinic’s counsellors and front-office team.
Follow up with clients after consultations and appointments.
Achieve daily/monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
Previous telecalling, telesales, clinic, beauty, wellness, or healthcare experience is an advantage.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
