About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in B2B IT Staffing / Recruitment / IT Services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying prospective clients, understanding their hiring requirements and building a strong sales pipeline.
The role involves regular interaction with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Hiring Managers, Procurement teams and Business Heads to generate staffing requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases and online research.
- Identify and connect with potential clients across IT and other relevant industries.
- Prospect and engage with HR Heads, TA Heads,



Hiring Managers, Procurement teams and CXOs.
- Understand client hiring requirements, workforce challenges, budgets and timelines.
- Pitch IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire.
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, decision-making authority and business potential.
- Schedule qualified meetings and business discussions with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into active opportunities.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Update lead and prospect information accurately in CRM/trackers.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment/Delivery team to understand requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare capability presentations, proposals and basic commercial discussions as required.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and current business opportunities.
- Achieve defined daily, weekly and monthly sales/lead-gen
