Position: CMDB Developer
Experience: 3+ years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a CMDB Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining CMDB data, CI relationships, integrations, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and CI relationships.
Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery.
Manage CMDB data quality, reconciliation, and duplicate CIs.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Work with CSDM, CMDB Health, and ITOM.
Perform ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.
Troubleshoot CMDB, Discovery, and integration issues.
Required Skills:
ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, CSDM, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, CMDB Health, and ITIL.
Preferred: ServiceNow CSA/CIS-Discovery or CIS-ITOM certification.
