About the role

Expert Resourcing is hiring a Quality Engineer Trainee to help maintain product integrity in a high-volume injection-moulding setting serving automotive and white-goods applications.

What you will do
Support in-process and final inspections to identify dimensional and visual deviations.
Review Statistical Process Control data and flag adverse trends before non-conformance occurs.
Prepare and validate PPAP documentation for customer requirements.
Support shop-floor adherence to IATF 16949 quality-system requirements.
Help reduce internal PPM and improve CAPA closure time through accurate documentation and follow-up.

You may be a valuable fit if you
Hold any diploma; an engineering degree is preferred.
Have 1 year of relevant experience.
Understand IATF 16949 and basic quality-system requirements.
Can use Vernier calipers, micrometers and height gauges.
Have exposure to profile projectors, CMM and resin-moisture analysers.
