Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Maintain accurate guest records using hotel management software. Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.



Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality qualification is an advantage). Previous experience in customer service or hotel reception is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
