Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented BPO Outbound Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, generating leads, following up with prospects, explaining products/services, and achieving assigned calling and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products, services, offers, and promotions clearly to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Convert qualified leads into sales or appointments.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
Update customer information and call outcomes in CRM/software.




Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.
Maintain skilled communication and excellent customer relationships.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BPO, outbound calling, telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to handle customer objections and rejection positively.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of English, Hindi, and/or Telugu will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
