Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and basic machine instructions.
Set tools, fixtures, and workpieces properly before machining.
Perform basic machine offsets and tool corrections.
Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
Maintain required quality and production standards.
Identify basic machine/process issues and inform the supervisor or maintenance team.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures on the shop floor.
Complete production work as per daily targets and schedules.
Work effectively in rotational shifts.

Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience as a VMC Operator.




ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Knowledge of VMC machine operation, tooling, and basic machining processes.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
Valuable knowledge of measuring instruments.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts is mandatory.
Responsible, disciplined, and quality-conscious.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
