Position Objective :
Support in m anag ing HR responsibilities in the Factory.
Responsibilities
Managing & monitor the time office function
Managing and maintaining computerized attendance system by creating access code/card
Generate the attendance report on daily basis & Discuss with line manager on absenteeism control
Monitor absenteeism report on daily basis & implement the action
Documentation of HR records
Qualifications
Graduate in MSW with Specialization of HR or PM/IR
Sound knowledge in labour laws is preferable.
