We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Banking/Financial Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan/banking accounts and pending payments.
Explain payment details, due dates, and available options to customers.
Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/collection targets.
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with the team and submit daily performance reports.
Requirements
Qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduation
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Telugu and English. Hindi is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a quick-paced setting.
DRA Certification is mandatory for collection-related roles.
