Position / TitleFull Stack Java Developer
(Java, Spring Boot, Struts, Spring, JavaScript & React)

Experience Required - 5 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis, design, development, unit testing, and code reviews as part of a team.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, managers, and developers to solve business problems.
Translate functional requirements into conceptual and detailed technical designs.
Provide development effort estimates.
Develop proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade applications.
Write and maintain unit tests for robust software delivery.
Ensure explicit communication, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Skill Set
Experience in designing and implementing Web and Mobile applications
Strong proficiency in:
Core Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC)
ReactJS
Expertise in Java Web Development, including:
JSP, Servlets, JSTL
JMS, JAX-WS, JAX-RS
Hands-on experience with frameworks:
Spring Boot, Spring, Spring Security, Struts
Hibernate, JPA




Experience working with Apache Tomcat
Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts (MySQL)
Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka or similar)
Strong front-end and back-end development capabilities
Proficiency in:
Java & J2EE programming
Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP concepts
Multithreading and Concurrency
Familiarity with:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
Knowledge of backend technologies:
APIs, Databases, Server-side frameworks
Ability to:
Write high-quality, maintainable code
Create deployment scripts

Secondary Skill Set
Strong knowledge of Python
Experience with NoSQL databases:
MongoDB, Redis
